Overview
An Employer Brand was developed to drive internal engagement and identity for Officeworks employees, and this handbook is especially important as it is the first document all employees will be introduced to and refer back to constantly throughout their employment at Officeworks.
Approach
The handbook is housed in an A4 folder to allow content to be updated and added constantly. The introduction fold out introduces the core framework to deliver great customer services, along with section tabs to divide each topic. Content is layout in an easily digestible manner along with diagrams and illustrations. Stores also received editable word templates to their own content on a day-to-day basis as new processes are developed.
